Economic Sector Contributions to Serbia's GDP

The services sector contributes the largest portion of the GDP, accounting for 52.41% of the total GDP. The tourism sector is one of the most important service sectors in Serbia, as the country boasts castles, monasteries, archaeological sites, and picturesque landscapes. The sector also includes financial services, telecommunications and IT services, transportation, and logistics, as well as professional and training services.

The industrial and mining sector ranks second, contributing 23.11% to the GDP. Among the most important industries in Serbia are automotive manufacturing, food and beverage production, textiles, technological industries, and chemicals and plastic products.

Agriculture contributes about 6.75% to the GDP, with key agricultural products including wheat, corn, barley, olives, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products.
