A Saudi-Kosovar Business Council with a trade volume of 3 million dollars was established
The total trade volume between Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Kosovo amounted to 3.2 million dollars, as recently confirmed by the Saudi Chambers of Commerce in the Kosovar capital, Pristina, during the Saudi-Kosovar Business Forum. The event was attended by over 400 representatives from companies and governmental and private entities from both countries.
Hassan Al-Huwaizi, President of the Saudi Chambers of Commerce, commented that the volume of trade is very modest, necessitating intensified visits by trade delegations and the promotion of investment opportunities in both countries. He expressed hope in the initiatives and role of the Saudi-Kosovar Business Council to increase trade and investment exchanges.
On the sidelines of the forum, the Saudi Chambers of Commerce and the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce signed an agreement to establish a Saudi-Kosovar Business Council, aiming to enhance bilateral trade between the two countries. This provides both countries with an opportunity to enter into a broader phase of their relationship.
Furthermore, Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Mufarreh, President of the Saudi-Kosovar Business Council, emphasized that the goal of the recent visit was to build commercial bridges with the business sector in Kosovo, especially given the shared opportunities and determination.
In turn, the President of the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce, Lulzim Rafuna, stated that the visit of the Saudi business delegation represents a unique opportunity to attract Saudi investments to Kosovo.
Investment Opportunities It is worth mentioning that the forum highlighted the investment opportunities and environment in both countries.
Additionally, presentations were made, including "Invest in Saudi Arabia" by the Ministry of Investment, "Made in Saudi Arabia" by the Saudi Export Development Authority, along with an overview of services provided by the Saudi Export-Import Bank.
